Corrective & Preventive

We all have unique strength, flexibility, body type, objectives, injury history and imbalances in our bodies. Personal training can take all of that into account and adapt to your unique needs, to your progress over time. This way we can correct postural problems and significantly lower the risk of injuries comparing with group fitness classes.

Flexible timing & place

Something comes up and you need to change the time of the class? Or you are out of town traveling? No problem, as personal trainings are flexible and being online you can even 'take the trainer with you' while traveling.

Health Coaching

Personal Training is a one-on-one connection between trainer and client where I use the tools of coaching to help you to find true solutions. Since health and well-being is holistic, physical and mental health, food choices, stress, relationships, etc. are all interconnected and can be involved in the equation if the client is open to it.

FMS

The FMS (Functional Movement Screen) is a tool used to identify asymmetries which result in functional movement deficiencies. The FMS aims to identify imbalances in mobility and stability during seven fundamental movement patterns. I use the FMS screen method  to discover the areas of focus within your training and then create a program of corrective exercises.

Functional

Functional training mirrors the movements of daily life and builds functional strength. It consists mainly of bodyweight excercises, or using simple tools such as free weights or rubber bands.
One can achieve both a balanced muscle structure and great strength without compromising flexibility. 

Bodyweight training

Functional training and bodyweight training are overlapping concepts. These exercises typically use the whole body, targeting multiple muscles at once. It's a highly effective way of doing a workout and the risk of injuries is relatively low. They build amazing core strength and stability which are at the heart of a sustainable workout routine.
