FaYogAlive Method: Mindful Training & “Modern Yoga”
I consider each functional training session an opportunity to practice body-mind-breath synchronization. In my “modern yoga” approach, I apply the laws of biomechanics and sport theory to the practice of asanas turning each pose into a secure movement. I integrate Zen meditation and mindfulness techniques into the yoga classes, together with ‘Solfeggio’ frequencies music for more efficient relaxation and to support healing processes.

Hatha Yoga for Body Consciousness
The aim of this class is to restore the integrity of the body, thereby releasing deep physical and emotional tensions. Proper posture and stretching of the spine improves the quality
of breathing and the range of motion of the joints. The class develops body awareness and attention to the present moment.
Grounding: while doing simple, supine postures you sense your bodyweight and the ground beneath yourself. In standing postures you can connect with the Earth. It’s a slower paced class type, also breathing exercises will help you to experience inner stability and deep rest.

Refreshing Office Moves
Do you do sedentary work? Does your back, neck or lower-back hurt? There’s a solution: the ‘Refreshing Office Moves’ session is specially designed for counter-balancing the harmful effects of long hours of sitting. As a result you’re guaranteed to experience better concentration and ease in your body.
The senior yoga class is a good opportunity for the older age group to move their spine thoroughly, to improve lung capacity and to maintain the functionality of the body. Carefully,
at a slower pace, we mobilize the narrowed joints, awakening neglected muscle groups.
Breath and movement blending into a “flow experience” that is similar to a movement meditation. Postures are held for less time and the transitions between the postures are just as important as the asanas themselves. Vinyasa Flow yoga leads to deep concentration while its quality is light. A class for more experienced yoga practitioners.
My classes are being held on Zoom with the capacity of up to 12 people so everyone gets personal attention.
Individual sessions are completely flexible in terms of intensity, style and schedule.
