FaYogAlive Method: Mindful Training & “Modern Yoga”

I consider each functional training session an opportunity to practice body-mind-breath synchronization. In my “modern yoga” approach, I apply the laws of biomechanics and sport theory to the practice of asanas turning each pose into a secure movement. I integrate Zen meditation and mindfulness techniques into the yoga classes, together with ‘Solfeggio’ frequencies music for more efficient relaxation and to support healing processes.

Yin Yoga

The practice of yin yoga is based on ancient Chinese philosophies and Taoist principles. It targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments and joints so it’s especially recommended for people with very inflexible muscles. Prepare for a truly slow paced class where we hold each posture (seated or reclined) for 3-5 minutes, with fully relaxed muscles.

The advantage of online yoga is that it is much easier to fit it into a crowded agenda: you can save the time and stress of the traffic, parking, etc. It’s definitely much more time and cost-effective.

My classes are being held on Zoom with the capacity of up to 12 people so everyone gets personal attention.

Individual sessions are completely flexible in terms of intensity, style and schedule.
